Human Resources Manager resume example
People work quantified without reducing anybody to a number, which is the line this one walks.
Invented for this page. The name, the employers and every number in it are made up — a real resume is somebody’s personal data and is not ours to publish.

Why it is written this way
Retention and time-to-hire are the two honest metrics
Both are measured by the business already, both are affected by what HR does, and neither requires claiming credit for something a manager did. That is a narrow enough set to be believable.
The compliance bullet names the framework
“Ensured compliance” is unverifiable. Naming the regulation and the audit outcome is a fact somebody can check with a reference call.
No bullet claims to have improved culture
It is the most common line on an HR resume and the least checkable. What is here instead is the participation rate and what changed as a result of it.
Shapes to fill in
Each blank is yours to complete. These are the same scaffolds the builder offers for this occupation — none of them says anything until you fill it in, which is what keeps them useful rather than a lie somebody else wrote.

What a parser reads from this resume
This is the actual plain-text output for the document above — the same text an applicant tracking system extracts, and the same text this app hands you when you download the .txt. Nothing is lost between the page and the parser, which is the whole argument for a single column of real text.
