Civil Engineer (Fresher) resume example
A B.Tech civil fresher's first resume — a site internship with checks that caught real errors, and two projects with measured results, for site engineer and QA/QC trainee roles.
Invented for this page. The name, the employers and every number in it are made up — a real resume is somebody’s personal data and is not ours to publish.
Written for applications in India. The notes say what to change when applying abroad.

Why it is written this way
The site internship leads
Eight weeks on a working site is the closest thing to the job, so it goes above education. Errors caught before a concrete pour are exactly what a site engineer is hired to catch.
Projects carry measurements, not just titles
Cube strengths, permeability and litres a year make a final-year project read as engineering. “Project on pervious concrete” alone reads as a topic that was assigned.
Software named inside the work
AutoCAD and STAAD.Pro appear in the sentences where they were used, so the skills list has evidence behind it rather than standing alone.
No photo, date of birth or declaration
Most private construction firms no longer expect them. Government and PSU recruitment that needs them asks on its own form; the guide to the fresher format explains why they cost more than they give.
Shapes to fill in
Each blank is yours to complete. These are the same scaffolds the builder offers for this occupation — none of them says anything until you fill it in, which is what keeps them useful rather than a lie somebody else wrote.

What a parser reads from this resume
This is the actual plain-text output for the document above — the same text an applicant tracking system extracts, and the same text this app hands you when you download the .txt. Nothing is lost between the page and the parser, which is the whole argument for a single column of real text.
