Why it is written this way
A cashier's numbers are drawers, speed and voids
Balanced drawers, items a minute and mis-scans are what a front-end manager is measured on, so they are what a hiring manager scans for. “Friendly and reliable” is on every other application in the pile.
Head cashier is a promotion, so it is its own role
Two entries at one store, each with its own dates, show the step up. Folding them together would hide the most persuasive fact on the page.
Bilingual is a skill, listed where it can be found
Spanish goes in its own line under Languages. Stores that need it search for it, and a sentence in the summary is easier to miss.
US conventions: Letter, city and state
