Why it is written this way
The internship reads like a job, because it was one
Twenty-two clients' GST returns filed on time is a workload, and it is written as one. An internship described as “assisted with accounts” would say nothing an employer can use.
Tally and GST are in the bullets, not only the skills list
A skills line is a claim; a bullet that files returns in Tally Prime is evidence. The keyword scanner here marks exactly that difference — “demonstrated” against “listed only”.
Use the result your university issues
Percentage or CGPA, whichever is on your marksheet, stated once on the degree line. Converting one into the other invites a question you do not need.
Amounts in lakh are right for an Indian employer
“₹4.2 lakh” is how a finance team here talks. For an application abroad, write the same figure in thousands in the local currency, or drop the amount and keep the count.
